At 4 Great Stuart Street, we are committed to providing the highest standard of dental care. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. If you have a concern or complaint, we want to hear from you so we can address it promptly and improve our services.

How to Make a Complaint

Speak to Us First

In the first instance, we encourage you to speak directly with a member of our team. Many concerns can be resolved quickly through open communication. You can speak to:

  • Your treating dentist
  • Our reception team
  • The practice manager

Submit a Written Complaint

If you prefer to put your complaint in writing, or if your initial discussion did not resolve the issue, please write to us at:

What to Include

To help us investigate your complaint thoroughly, please include:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Date(s) of the incident(s)
  • A clear description of your concern
  • Names of any staff members involved (if known)
  • What outcome you are seeking

Our Response

We aim to acknowledge all written complaints within 3 working days and provide a full response within 20 working days. If we need more time to investigate, we will keep you informed of our progress.
